Cotton Swab Machine is composed of five sections: stick feeding section; cotton feeding section; cotton loosening section; cotton conveying section; cotton twisting section.

1. Stick feeding section: is used for sending stick into to the machine one by one steadily reliably.
2. Cotton feeding section: used for sending raw material (absorbent cotton) into the machine with certain quantity and speed which controlled by speed control device.
3. Cotton loosening section: used for loosening cotton into fiber by high spun device to insure the finished product is in high quality.
4. Cotton conveying section: is used for conveying the loosened cotton to the point of the stick to insure that the cotton fiber can be stuck to the stick point smoothly and steadily.
5. Cotton twisting section: is used for twisting cotton fiber into certain shape on the top of the stick.
